The Buyer's Inspection

The Buyer's Inspection is typically performed when a "buyer" shows an interest in the home and makes an offer. The Seller's Inspection

The Seller's Inspection is performed when a "seller" is going to put their home on the market. A Seller's Inspection can help you see your home through the eyes of a critical third-party and can potentially expedite the sale of your home. A Seller's Inspection will be the same type of inspection as a Buyer's Inspection.

Builder/1 Year Warranty Inspection
